Konecranes’ Business Area (BA) Port Solutions is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Manager, Sales Processes and Tools to strengthen our commercial excellence capabilities within the Commercial Excellence Processes and Customer Experience Team. This is a key role in our journey toward scalable and efficient global sales operations.
**Location: **The position is located in Hyvinkää or Espoo. We work in a hybrid model, with an expectation to work on-site a couple of days per week. The role may include occasional travel, estimated at approximately 10-20 days per year.
The role:
In this role, you will work with a strong outside‑in perspective, playing a central role in designing, developing, implementing and governing end‑to‑end sales and account management processes. Your work will support business growth, improve customer experience and enable our global sales organization to succeed, while ensuring alignment with the BA Port Solutions Sales and Commercial Excellence strategy.
In addition, you will act as the key business owner for sales and account management tools development, translating business drivers into prioritized CRM and other sales tools requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:

Drive and manage the BA Port Solutions global sales process framework across consultative, transactional and distribution sales, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.

Own and continuously develop end-to-end sales processes (e.g. account management, sales management, funnel management, offering), to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Own and drive the Port Solutions sales and account management tools development roadmap in line with the BA Port Solution Sales and Commercial Excellence strategy.

Lead global sales process harmonization initiatives across business units, regions, and sales channels, balancing global standards with local needs.

Act as the key business owner in CRM and sales tools development initiatives, translating business process needs into clear requirements and ensuring process consistency across systems.

Support the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of sales processes and tools by using data, feedback and performance insights, and by facilitating global stakeholder collaboration.

Act as a key interface between Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, digitalization teams, and Port Solutions business units to ensure alignment between processes, tools, and data.
