Your mission
- You will be part of our team right from the start and will be the central point of contact for your colleagues. Of course, you will also have direct contact with our clients.
- You can look forward to a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks that will provide daily variety.
- You will reliably handle correspondence (written and verbal) in German and English and coordinate appointments.
- You will look after our visitors and meeting rooms and ensure that meetings and events run smoothly.
- Master data creation and invoicing in DATEV, as well as the creation of PowerPoint presentations will also form part of your varied tasks.
Your profile
- You will fit in with us if you have completed training in one of the following: as a legal assistant, in a commercial area, the hotel industry or as a foreign language correspondent.
- We are also happy to welcome career changers with relevant professional experience.
- You enjoy working in a structured and reliable manner and can flexibly/quickly adapt to new situations.
- We expect careful and trustworthy working methods, as well as reliability and accuracy.
- We also expect you to be proficient in MS Office and have very good German language skills, as well as knowledge of English.
- Good communication skills, coupled with organisational talent and excellent manners, round off your profile.
