Job description
Why us?
- You will be part of a highly qualified and motivated team where mutual trust and appreciation are key.
- You will face new challenges every day while working on unique legal and tax cases, together with your colleagues.
- Your knowledge and further training are very important to us, which is why we invest in a wide range of training courses.
We will guide you through your induction and make our KMLZ internal training programme available to you, right from the start. - We are also happy to support your pursuit of your doctorate, your tax consultant training or comparable qualifications and reward your
commitment with above-average competitive remuneration. - As an employer, we offer you flexible working time models, time off for your professional development and the opportunity to work from home.
- You can look forward to participating in our great team events and activities that help create our firm’s unique team spirit.
Your mission
- Your tasks will include advising companies on national and international VAT law and auditing VAT-relevant business transactions.
- In the area of customs and excise law, you will deal with issues of customs tariff classification, customs value and customs debt law, in addition
to supply chain optimisation in general, and support companies in establishing and fine-tuning their customs and excise law processes. - Supporting proceedings in dealing with the tax administration and proceedings before the fiscal court. Providing tax advice to the
public sector may also be part of your job. - In the area of criminal tax law, your tasks will include advising companies and managing directors or board members in connection with
corrections and voluntary self-disclosure, as well as implementing and improving tax compliance management systems.
Your profile
- You have completed your second state examination or a Master’s degree in law and/or economics. You have dealt with tax during your studies
and have a basic knowledge of the subject. - Or perhaps you have already taken a more in-depth look at tax law and have even successfully passed the tax consultant exam.
- Additional qualifications such as a LL.M. or a doctorate are also welcome.
- You are an excellent performer, enjoy putting your knowledge and talent into practice and you are motivated and interested in business issues
and international challenges. - You also enjoy working as part of a team, but are, at the same time, able to work independently.
