Develop and optimize thermal and fluid-based solutions for power electronics and energy systems

Drive product development from concept phase to implementation and validation

Perform CFD and FEA simulations to support design decisions and improve performance

Plan and execute testing, including measurement of temperature, flow and pressure

Analyze data and translate findings into concrete design improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering and production

Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of existing technologies and solutions

Support documentation, validation and quality assurance processes

Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Fluid Dynamics or similar

Strong flair for product development and technical design

Proven ability to optimize existing solutions as well as develop new concepts from scratch

Solid competencies within thermal and fluid dynamics

Experience with CFD and FEA simulations

Hands-on experience with testing and measurement of temperature, flow and pressure

Fluent in English – both written and spoken

Willingness to travel approx. 20–25 days per year
