Responsibility for managing and supervising assigned development projects ( Technical, Organizational and strategical )

Improving production processes and defining tasks or objectives within specific workplaces / projects

Leading project teams globally within setup scope

Responsible for project reporting to the top management, ensuring transparency in progress, risks, and key decision-making

Comprehensive responsibility for managing projects involving production transfers, purchase of new technologies, and innovation environments, as well as cooperation in creating new concepts and plans for technological and organizational development

Responsible for the timely, economic, and technical execution of CAPEX project transfers or other organizational projects within Cooling division in Slovakia and Czech Republic,

Independent proposal and execution of projects and activities aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs

Coordination of innovative ideas with evaluation of economic returns based on internal or external assignments

Task delegation to individual production processes, assigning responsibilities to team members within allocated projects

Ensuring cooperation with the company’s TOP Management, Production Managers, Project Managers, PTE/APQP departments, and maintenance departments, as well as with external partners

Ensuring continuous improvement of production and non-production processes

Performing additional tasks consistent with the nature of the position, in line with internal documentation, policies, directives, and processes defined for the role

Experience with proposing & executing strategy maps ( roadmaps )

Experience with leading innovation programs ( as advantage )

English language – fluent, both written and spoken
