Technical Communication internship (m/f/div.)

Support the creation, maintenance and delivery of legally compliant product, software and/or service documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, usability and timely delivery. Support management of outsourced translation of technical documentation and other product/software technical content.

• Support in creating, maintaining and assuring accuracy, consistency, usability and timely delivery of technical documentation for customer products, software and services, according to internal and external standards, meeting legal and certification requirements and ensuring its review and approval by the relevant stakeholders.
• Support in managing outsourced translation and proofreading process of technical documentation and other product/service technical content.
• Support the release product certification information in the corporate website.
• Support in delivering technical documentation by preparing for multichannel publishing of technical documentation, including print production, web, software and app releases.
