Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring

Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders

聽Use ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment records

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition effort
Requirements

At least 2 year of experience in talent acquisition

Proficiency in using sourcing techniques and platforms

Knowledge of candidates assessment methods

Results orientation: ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standards
