Responsibilities

Oversee the Partner Relationship Managers team, ensuring growth and retention targets are met while maintaining client and partner satisfaction

Develop and execute country-specific marketing plans and business development initiatives aligned with company objectives

Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement

Manage the departmental budget, ensuring effective use of resources and cost control

Support senior management in developing and executing strategic plans

Lead and manage department projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion

Track performance targets and coach team members to maintain high standards

Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies within assigned country

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for escalations

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in scaling businesses

Experience in building and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Successful execution of business development strategies aligned with company goals

Ability to collaborate across teams and drive regional or multi-departmental cooperation

Strong knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements

Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data, and generate reports for decision-making

Strong market awareness, with the ability to track competitor activities and industry trends

Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian language is required
