Solution Architect, Financial Services

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role at the intersection of AI, accelerated computing, and financial services innovation. You will act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, helping them design and deploy cutting-edge AI and GPU-accelerated solutions built on advanced computing infrastructure. The role combines deep technical expertise with strategic customer engagement, including proof-of-concepts, architecture design, and solution deployment. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to translate complex technologies into scalable, real-world financial applications. Operating in a fast-moving environment, you will engage with data scientists, developers, quants, and senior stakeholders to drive adoption of next-generation AI platforms. This role offers the opportunity to shape how AI is applied in financial services at global scale.

Accountabilities:

• Partner with financial institutions and their technology ecosystems to design and implement AI and GPU-accelerated computing solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across ideation, prototyping, and production deployment phases.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions demonstrating the value of accelerated computing in financial workloads.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, applied research, and sales teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders including developers, data scientists, IT leaders, quants, and executives to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Support customer enablement by translating complex technical concepts into practical, deployable architectures.
• Stay current on advancements in AI, HPC, and data center technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.
• Contribute to strategic discussions on how emerging technologies can be applied within financial services environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or accelerated computing environments.
• Strong background working within financial services organizations or on financial domain use cases.
• Hands-on experience developing or optimizing code for training and/or inference on GPU-based systems.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, software architecture, and high-performance computing concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of orchestration and infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes or OpenStack is highly valued.
• Understanding of HPC environments, including data center architecture, networking (e.g., InfiniBand), and storage systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in fast-evolving, cross-functional environments.
• Self-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
