This role offers the opportunity to shape the visual identity and performance impact of marketing creatives for global gaming audiences. You will design high-performing motion and static assets that directly influence user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across multiple digital platforms. Working in a fully remote, international environment, you will collaborate closely with UA, product marketing, and game development teams to translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling. The role blends creativity with data-driven iteration, requiring a strong understanding of player psychology and performance marketing principles. You will contribute to campaigns spanning app stores, paid media, and social platforms, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency. Accountabilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets including motion ads, static visuals, trailers, app store creatives, and promotional content for multiple channels.
- Develop adaptable creative concepts tailored to different game genres, player segments, and platform requirements.
- Generate innovative campaign ideas informed by entertainment, gaming, and pop culture trends to engage global audiences.
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual storytelling and high-impact creative executions.
- Collaborate with user acquisition and analytics teams to iterate creatives based on performance data, A/B testing results, and engagement metrics.
- Optimize App Store and Google Play assets such as icons, screenshots, and videos to improve conversion rates and visibility.
- Ensure visual consistency while adapting assets to different campaigns, formats, and audience needs.
- Work closely with game teams and product marketing to align messaging, priorities, and creative direction.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and external contributors.
- Explore and experiment with new creative formats including short-form video, interactive ads, and platform-native innovations.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing design, motion graphics, or creative production, ideally within the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven experience creating high-performing user acquisition (UA) ads and app store optimization (ASO) assets.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), with familiarity in 3D tools such as Blender considered a plus.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition strategies, and player psychology.
- Excellent visual storytelling, composition, animation, and typography skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments managing multiple creative projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve creative performance.
