In this role, you will lead complex branding and communication projects from initial briefing through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment across strategy, creativity, and execution. You will act as a key point of contact for clients while coordinating multidisciplinary internal teams in a dynamic agency environment. The position combines strategic advisory work with hands-on project execution, requiring both commercial awareness and creative sensitivity. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards in quality, timing, and budget control across multiple concurrent projects. At the same time, you will contribute to improving internal project management practices and methodologies. This role offers strong exposure to diverse brands and cross-functional collaboration across international teams. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and client-focused setting.
Accountabilities:

Lead end-to-end management of branding and communication projects, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic goals

Plan, structure, and oversee project execution while managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting both strategic and operational discussions

Coordinate and align internal and external stakeholders, including creative, strategic, and technical teams

Ensure smooth collaboration across disciplines while proactively identifying risks and opportunities

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management frameworks and internal processes
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within branding, marketing, or agency environments

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Structured, solution-oriented, and highly autonomous working style

Strong understanding of branding processes and creative production workflows

Experience in an agency or consulting environment is a strong advantage

Excellent command of German and good proficiency in English
