You will define and drive the strategy for next-generation smart data products, enabling users to interact with data through intelligent, trustworthy AI agents. Accountabilities:

Define and translate strategic product vision into a scalable roadmap for Smart Data Products within a data intelligence ecosystem.

Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, adoption, and iteration.

Define success metrics, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Drive the development of AI-powered data agents enabling conversational and proactive user interactions with data products.

Lead cross-functional agile squads in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Champion the use of AI-driven product development tools to accelerate delivery and improve product quality.

Partner with go-to-market teams to shape positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies for technical and executive audiences.

Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders from engineers to C-level leadership.

Ensure data products are discoverable, reliable, scalable, and deliver strong customer value across enterprise environments.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Software Product Management, ideally focused on Data Products, AI/ML solutions, or Data Platforms.

Strong understanding of the modern data stack, including data governance, data catalogs, and enterprise data ecosystems.

Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products from concept to launch and at scale.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments and drive high-velocity product delivery.

Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex systems.

Experience working across both startup and large enterprise environments, with adaptability to different levels of complexity.

Ability to translate customer insights and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable product features.
