Accountabilities:

Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

Define project scope and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners during solution development and configuration phases.

Support and coordinate small IT projects while taking a lead Business Analyst role on larger, high-profile international initiatives.

Prepare test plans and execute Systems Integration Testing (SIT) to validate end-to-end system functionality and data exchanges.

Assist end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet operational and business expectations.

Support implementation activities, deployment preparation, and post-go-live operations both remotely and on-site when required.

Collaborate across multiple sectors including healthcare, automotive, retail, technology, e-commerce, and food industries.
Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role within logistics or supply chain environments.

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, or similar platforms.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience coordinating stakeholders and facilitating workshops in multicultural and international environments.

Knowledge of SQL, diagramming tools, and software testing methodologies.

Ability to manage small projects independently and contribute to larger transformation initiatives.

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

High level of English proficiency required.

Flexibility to travel occasionally within Europe for project-related activities.
