Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain frontend and/or backend components for Web3, blockchain, and eCommerce-related applications.

Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD processes, deployment workflows, and system reliability.

Refactor and optimize existing codebases to reduce technical debt and improve scalability, security, and maintainability.

Write, test, and maintain high-quality code with a focus on performance, compatibility, and long-term stability.

Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and development best practices.

Participate in release management activities and ensure smooth deployment cycles.

Work within agile project environments and collaborate effectively with geographically distributed international teams.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a frontend, backend, or full stack software developer.

Strong hands-on experience with modern blockchain and Web3 technologies.

Solid understanding of software architecture, scalable application development, and secure coding practices.

Experience with version control systems, release management, and automated testing methodologies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with DevOps practices.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile development methodologies.

Excellent English communication skills; French is considered a strong advantage and German is a plus.
