Accountabilities
You will design, execute, and evaluate structured conversational scenarios that simulate real customer service interactions, ensuring AI models are tested against realistic and diverse user needs. Your work will directly contribute to dataset creation, model benchmarking, and performance evaluation across multiple domains.
- Create and run role-play evaluation scenarios simulating customer support conversations in areas such as travel bookings, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support.
- Contribute to the development of diverse datasets used to assess and benchmark conversational audio agents.
- Evaluate AI model outputs using standardized qualitative and quantitative criteria.
- Assess conversational quality including clarity, flow, tone, and naturalness.
- Validate task completion accuracy, contextual understanding, and instruction adherence.
- Ensure evaluations reflect real-world customer expectations and service quality standards.
- Support structured documentation and feedback loops for model improvement.
- Strong verbal communication skills and experience in simulated customer support or conversational environments.
- English proficiency across reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Ability to evaluate structured dialogue and follow detailed assessment frameworks.
- Basic understanding of structured data concepts such as JSON, functions, and simple logic reasoning.
- Comfort working with technical documentation, evaluation rubrics, and prompt-based workflows.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and consistency in evaluation.
- Reliable access to a high-quality microphone for audio-based assessments.
- Device capable of handling audio recording tools and technical materials.
- Hourly compensation range: $11 – $30.65 per hour (based on experience, expertise, and location)
