This role is central to ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting them throughout onboarding, execution, and ongoing account success. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams such as production, marketing, and technical specialists to ensure client needs are met efficiently and accurately. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, preventing churn, and maintaining strong long-term relationships. Success in this role depends on proactive communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Accountabilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communication across Slack, email, and CRM platforms with clarity and responsiveness.
- Understand client needs and concerns, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal design, production, marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, and priorities while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring no tasks or deadlines are missed through effective CRM tracking and organization.
- Support onboarding processes, including setup tasks such as ad catalog configuration and platform usage assistance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the SaaS platform and its integration with advertising ecosystems to better support clients.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or other client-facing roles.
- Prior experience working with eCommerce clients or within a marketing/advertising agency environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with excellent grammar and professional tone.
- Ability to work US business hours (EST/PST).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup or SaaS environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach and a collaborative attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
