What you´ll do

Searching for new suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing partners

Co-creating the purchasing strategy within the assigned category (beverages) and implementing agreed assumptions
-
Managing sales targets, margin, and inventory in line with the defined budget
-
Delivering budget objectives and effectively managing the product category
-
Monitoring and analyzing the market and competitors’ activities in order to adapt the offer to changing customer needs
-
Conducting negotiations with suppliers, taking budget assumptions and strategic goals into account
-
Co-creating and implementing promotional plans for the assigned product category
-
Seeking innovative solutions and new products to enhance the assortment
-
Managing projects that develop the product offer
Our requirements
-
Higher education, preferably in economics or related fields
-
English proficiency enabling fluent communication with suppliers
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in category management
-
Experience in managing projects related to the development of new products under private label brands
-
Proficient use of analytical tools and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
-
Knowledge of the supplier and manufacturer market and the ability to identify optimal solutions
-
Strong negotiation skills supported by proven achievements
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
-
High motivation to work, creativity, and openness to new ideas
