About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Training Management:
Collaborate with business units to identify training needs, design and execute training programs, and evaluate outcomes. Develop onboarding and upskilling frameworks for new and existing employees, and deliver select training sessions.
2. Training Resource Development:
Monitor business changes to update the knowledge base. Revise course content, coordinate courseware development, and manage lecturer recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
3. Talent Development Framework:
Design and implement certification, role transition, and skill assessment programs. Create tiered talent development plans and on-the-job evaluation systems for managerial roles.
4. Organizational Culture & Engagement:
Plan employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs to foster a positive team culture and reinforce company values.
5. Capability Building Support:
Develop learning pathways, course catalogs, and instructor networks. Drive training initiatives to boost participation rates and certification pass rates.
6. Best Practice Benchmarking:
Establish benchmarking criteria, document and share success cases, and organize skill competitions to elevate industry standards.
7. Business-Specific Training & Knowledge Management:
Conduct workshops and create training materials for warehousing, reverse engineering, and other functions. Systematize operational expertise into a reusable course library.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with business, product, and algorithm teams to provide dashboards, APIs, and tailored analytics, enabling data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.
