About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Process Planning and Optimization: Responsible for the internal planning of European logistics business, including data analysis, process design, traffic flow design, equipment selection, functional area layout, etc., to produce CAD layout plans and ROI analysis; continuously optimize the internal operation efficiency through data analysis and reduce operational costs.

2. Automation Planning and Implementation: Familiar with domestic and international automated logistics technology and scenarios, combining local operational characteristics in Europe, design the selection, layout, and system integration of automated equipment, promote the connection and implementation of automated equipment with various internal system links (such as WMS), ensuring the feasibility of the technical solution.

3. Pre-sales Planning Support: For pre-sales projects, participate in customer communication and needs research, interpret RFP documents, independently complete process planning and technical tender writing, providing professional and implementable warehousing planning and automation solutions for foreign order project bidding。

4.Planning for the Standardization System Construction: Sort out and improve the layout standards of process planning, equipment selection and configuration standards, process optimization execution rules, management standards, and cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms within the European warehouses, to promote the accumulation and replication of standardized capabilities.

Job Requirements:

1. Basic Requirements: majors in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Automation, and other related fields.

2. Language Requirement: Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for meetings, reports, and project communication

3. Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in warehouse process planning or automation planning, with preference given to those who have experience in European or cross-border logistics projects. Familiar with warehouse layout logic, operation process design, and common characteristics of logistics equipment

4. Professional Skills: Possess rigorous logical thinking and data sensitivity, capable of independently completing complex scheme data analysis and ROI calculation. Proficient in using CAD for warehouse layout drawing, and master at least one data analysis tool (such as Excel, SQL, Python)

5. Soft Skills: Possess strong project management and cross-departmental coordination abilities, able to adapt to periodic business trips within the European region. Have a structured thinking process, good at summarizing and extracting, and capable of distilling methodologies from projects
