Join us as New Product Development Intern at our international headquarters in Utrecht, starting in September 2026. In this internship, you will execute your own research project related to recipe development in black coffee and/or milk-based coffee products and you will also assist the general activities of the team like organizing tastings, new recipe development as well as shelf-life analysis.
Your key activities will be:

Experimentation and Optimization: Leading and conducting experiments in the laboratory or pilot plant.

Data Analysis: Analysing data to identify trends and propose innovative solutions.

Knowledge Capture: Contributing to knowledge sharing by developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and "best practices" for process technology improvement.

Presentation: Delivering presentations on findings, outcomes, and final project presentations.
