Contribute to the development and rollout of tools, materials, and communications related to聽onboarding,聽Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement聽

Plan and organize various training sessions and communicate with stakeholders and participants聽regarding聽these sessions聽

Coordinate and聽facilitate聽the onboarding program for new employees聽

Provide administrative support and manage the Talent Management team鈥檚 email inbox聽

Maintaining and improving digital learning solutions and聽our聽learning management system in SuccessFactors聽

Contributing ideas on sustainable employability, engagement, and performance initiatives聽
