Join us as Talent Acquisition Intern at our Utrecht office (you will be going to the Amsterdam office sometimes as some of your stakeholders are based there) starting September 2026. During this internship, you will manage the internship recruitment and selection process for the International Headquarters in Amsterdam and the R&D department in Utrecht. Additionally, you will assist the IHQ talent team with ongoing recruitments, Employer Branding activities and Talent Management activities and events.
Your key activities will be:

Managing the full recruitment and selection process for internships

Coordinating calendars and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams

Managing the assessment process with our external service provider

Publishing job ads on internal and external job boards

Performing various tasks related to Employer Branding Supporting IHQ training and communication

Improving and supporting ongoing Talent projects

Organising activities for your fellow interns
