As Consumer Insights Manager (F/M), you will play a key role in supporting our business strategy through data鈥慸riven market and consumer analysis. Working as part of a multinational Central & Eastern European team, you will be responsible for delivering insights and analyses that inform business decisions and support strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

Analyze and synthesize insights from multiple data sources (panel data, internal metrics, consumer research, macroeconomic data)

Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations

Contribute to strategic planning and market forecasting through consumer and market insights

Coordinate and manage external research agencies, ensuring cost efficiency, high data quality and adherence to timelines

Manage quantitative and qualitative research studies, including brand health tracking and ad鈥慼oc consumer insights projects

Ensure timely, high鈥憅uality delivery of insights that address defined business needs

Act as the day鈥憈o鈥慸ay insight partner for Marketing and cross鈥慺unctional teams, providing consumer鈥憀ed input into decision鈥憁aking processes
