As part of the founding team in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. You’ll operate with the freedom and mindset of a startup – backed by the expertise and structure of a global company.What can you expect?
- Ensure quality end-to-end: From industrialization through production and validation, you make sure that processes, equipment, and products meet stringent quality and traceability requirements
- Lead quality activities: Develop, implement, and follow up on pFMEA, control plans, and preventive quality measures across the production chain
- Ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Validate processes and products: Drive process and product validation activities, analyze results, and document findings in clear, structured technical reports
- Take ownership of documentation: Maintain technical documentation, analyses, and validation records with high attention to detail
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Development, Production, Quality, and Support teams to strengthen quality discipline and resolve issues systematically
- Be part of the INVENSITY success story: Help building INVENSITY’s business in Sweden and work in professional, international teams
- Share and expand your technical know-how: Get onboarded to global organization's Center of Excellence and collaborate with technical experts in your area
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or similar)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer or in industrialization within a manufacturing environment
- Solid command of quality fundamentals: pFMEA, control plans, equipment qualification, process validation, and technical documentation
- Experience from regulated or high-precision industries such as defense, aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or medtech is a plus
- Working knowledge of standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, or ISO 45000 is an advantage
- Exceptionally structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to drive quality topics in dynamic, cross-functional environments
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
- Fluent in Swedish and Business fluent in English
