What can you expect?
- Take on responsibility as a project manager in challenging large-scale construction projects (e.g., infrastructure, power plants, industrial facilities) and ensure successful implementation in terms of time, cost, and quality
- Contribute your experience in civil engineering and manage operational project processes with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- Shape change: Apply agile and classic project management methods – both in the construction environment and, looking ahead, in development projects in our core industries (e-mobility, autonomous driving, medical technology, digital transformation)
- Generate impact: Develop and implement processes, methods, and tools for efficient project management
- Knowledge sharing and mentoring: Share your expertise in workshops, coaching sessions, and projects while learning from other experts

Your profile
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering or a comparable technical degree programme
- At least 3 years of experience in the operational implementation of construction projects – ideally large-scale construction projects with complex structures
- Basic technical understanding and interest in applying your expertise to development projects outside the construction industry in the future
- Knowledge of classic and agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and common tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and professional stakeholder management
- Willingness to work on site at our customers' premises and to travel
- Business fluent German and fluent English
