Role Objective:
You will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing and trade strategies, coordinating integrated campaigns (digital, influencers, TV, activations), and directly contributing to increasing brand sales and visibility.
Duties and responsibilities:

Define marketing plans and contribute to the development of the overall strategy.

Propose marketing activities and their associated budgets.

Monitor and control costs in line with the established plan.

Design digital campaigns tailored to business objectives.
-
Create the monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
-
Set up and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
-
Develop the monthly content calendar for social media channels.
-
Create visual materials.
-
Write descriptions, post content, and monitor engagement.
-
Manage budgets and analyze campaign performance.
-
Handle contractual aspects in collaboration with the Legal department.
-
Coordinate communications: briefs, feedback, and content approval.
-
Create newsletters for launches, promotions, and special activations.
-
Contribute to the development of e-commerce content.
-
Prepare and update presentations for clients.
-
Completed or ongoing higher education in Marketing, Commerce, Communication, or related fields;
-
Knowledge of the FMCG market;
-
At least 1 year of experience in similar positions;

Basic understanding of marketing policies, strategies, programs, and promotions;

Proficiency in English and advanced use of MS Office (especially Excel);
-
Excellent communication skills;

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
