**As a聽Platform Specialist, you will:聽**

Support the Platform Manager and Digital Product Leaders in聽identifying聽and delivering value through Workday as a platform.聽

Manage configurations, setups, and documentation within your functional areas.聽

Ensure smooth daily operations while also contributing to new development and improvements.聽

Work cross鈥慺unctionally in an agile, DevOps鈥憃riented environment where development and maintenance go hand in hand.聽

Partner closely with technology and business stakeholders across Inter IKEA Group to roll out and enhance People & Culture capabilities.聽

Support and guide users, promoting the use of global and common solutions and design principles.聽

**To be successful in this role,聽it鈥檚聽helpful if you bring:聽**

Experience working with HCM or other Workday domains (typically 3+ years, but equivalent skills and learning paths are welcome).聽

Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.聽

Ability to work cross鈥慺unctionally and support daily operations such as configuration, user administration, and troubleshooting.聽

Experience supporting Workday users and contributing to system enhancements.聽

Ability to understand business needs, translate them into Workday solutions, and collaborate on improvements.聽

Experience creating user-friendly documentation or training materials.聽

A collaborative approach to building strong relationships with stakeholders.聽

Experience configuring, testing, and deploying Workday solutions.聽

Ability to write clear test cases and acceptance criteria.聽

Fluency in written and spoken English.聽
