As Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d), you will actively shape how we approach contracts, compliance and legal processes at IntegrityNext. You will work directly with the management team and act as a key point of contact for departments such as Sales, Product, Finance, Engineering and Security.
In this role, you combine legal precision with pragmatic business thinking. You help our teams move deal processes forward in a legally sound and efficient way, anticipate regulatory requirements and build scalable legal structures for a growing SaaS company.
You will take on a high level of ownership: creating clarity where processes are still developing, improving standards and managing external law firms as an expert counterpart whenever needed.
What can you expect?
Contract Management & Commercial Law

Independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating SaaS contracts, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs and SLAs in German and English

Supporting our Sales teams in DACH, the UK and the US in accelerating deal processes through pragmatic legal solutions

Advising on partnership agreements, including reselling and referral agreements

Supporting the DPO with data protection compliance under GDPR and clarifying data protection topics directly with customers

Building and maintaining a contract library and standardized templates for DACH, the UK and the US
Corporate & Compliance

Supporting IP protection topics, including trademarks, software copyrights and open-source compliance
-
Supporting the setup and maintenance of insurance coverage

Advising on M&A activities and due diligence processes from a legal perspective
Strategy & Legal Operations

Building and optimizing internal legal processes, legal ops tools, AI-supported workflows and escalation paths

Working closely with Product, Engineering and Security on regulatory requirements such as NIS2, the AI Act and the CRA

Regularly reporting to the management team on legal risks, opportunities and relevant developments

Taking long-term ownership of the further development of our Legal function
What should you bring along?
Experience & Domain Focus
-
You have successfully completed the First and Second German State Examination in Law or hold an equivalent legal qualification
-
You bring several years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm with a focus on commercial, tech or SaaS topics

You have experience negotiating and reviewing software or SaaS contracts in German and English
-
You have strong knowledge of German contract, IT and data protection law
-
Practical experience with US and UK contract law, especially reviewing and negotiating English-language contract documents, is a plus
Technical / Methodological Skills

You can analyze complex legal questions in a structured way and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations

You are interested in building legal ops processes, contract standards and tool-supported ways of working

You bring a good understanding of regulatory requirements in a tech and SaaS environment, or the willingness to quickly build expertise in new topics

You are confident working with German- and English-language contract documents
