About the Role
This internship offers exposure to the business and operational side of international schools, supporting administration, admissions, and marketing teams. It is ideal for candidates interested in education management, business, communications, or marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration
Supporting daily administrative tasks
Assisting with registers, attendance, and documentation
Ordering materials and supporting school operations
Helping organise school days, trips, and events
Admissions
Supporting enrolment and re-enrolment processes
Preparing information packs for prospective families
Assisting with entrance exam coordination
Marketing
Gathering content from school events
Supporting website and social media updates
Assisting with newsletters and communications
Helping organise and promote school events
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
University studies related to Business, Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Education
Fluent in English and Spanish (intermediate level of one language required; both preferred)
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Confident in public-facing environments
Creative and motivated to learn
Eligibility
A formal internship agreement must be in place between Inspired and the candidate’s university or educational institution
Studies must be related to the internship
