**What will you be doing?
You’ll join our Madrid team to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with our clients and regional teams.
The role involves managing multiple searches simultaneously — from intake to candidate presentation — across a range of industries and cultures.

**We’d love to meet you if you have:

Previous experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in consulting or fast-paced environments.

Solid knowledge of recruitment tools such as ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

Strong business understanding and the ability to advise hiring managers on profiles, timelines, and market trends.

Experience hiring professionals in fields like tech, product, marketing, and/or sales.

Great organizational skills, with the ability to manage several searches at once and meet recruitment KPIs.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, people-first attitude.

Intermediate to advanced English level.
📍 Location: Madrid. Contract type: Six-month direct employment contract. Work model: Hybrid (on-site + remote)
