The Test Centre (TCE) provides testing services to the organization based on a mature, well-defined, and proven test strategy and methodology. Its core activities include test design and test execution.
The TCE is involved in testing projects across major business areas such as Savings and Protection, working on widely used applications including ORION, HERA, Wynsure, and GLIS, ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Functions
Test Design

Contribute to the design of Business Analyst tests within project scope

Ensure compliance with project design and expected deliverables

Register test cases in dedicated tools according to defined standards

Prepare, validate, and communicate testing deliverables within scope

Ensure correct prioritization of test scenarios

Contribute to the organization and sharing of business knowledge
Test Execution

Execute tests within assigned scope of responsibility

Record test results in the appropriate tools

Provide relevant information for Go / No Go decisions

Identify and report risks related to timelines or quality

Provide regular status updates to the Test Manager and direct management
Reporting

Ensure communication with project stakeholders through test reports

Manage and participate in project committees (test progress and defect tracking)

Report required information to support Go / No Go decisions
Defect Management

Identify and document defects within scope

Log defects in the appropriate tracking tools

Contribute to defect prioritization
