Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of RPA robots environments

Monitor, escalate, and follow up on RPA Production infrastructure incidents

Maintain and keep up to date a set of operational procedures supporting daily activities

Build and maintain strong working relationships with infrastructure teams and RPA implementation teams, ensuring effective communication and adherence to established processes
