We are looking for an experienced release manager for production deployment. You will be part of a SAP middleware, backend and frontend team. Technologies used in the projects: SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration, SAP BTP, Jira, Jenkins, Crucible, Postman, Service Now.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage software releases, ensuring smooth deployment across various environments.

Define and implement release management processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to schedule, coordinate, and communicate releases.

Identify and mitigate release-related risks and dependencies.

Maintain detailed release documentation, including release notes, schedules, and rollback plans.

Ensure compliance with change management policies and regulatory requirements.

Automate and optimize deployment and release processes where feasible.

Monitor and troubleshoot release-related issues, coordinating resolutions with relevant teams.

Conduct post-release reviews and drive continuous improvements.

Ensure a cohesive and synchronized workflow across the team to ensure the successful deployment of releases.

Coordinate with the team and other release managers to ensure a cohesive and synchronized workflow.

Participate and offer support in UAT testing to ensure the quality of releases.
