We are looking for a highly motivated Production Systems Engineer – L2/L3 support to join our team and take ownership of business- critical production environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in L2/L3 support, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to take ownership of production environments in a fast-paced setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, drive automation, support releases, and continuously improve our production ecosystem
Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications

Manage incident, problem, and release processes, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders

Perform automation, application upgrades, deployment activities, and environment maintenance

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Linux systems, application servers and databases.

Participate in on-call rotations and handle production escalations

Maintain accountability for the assigned tasks and ensure high-quality production delivery.
