We are looking for a Telecommunications Network Technician to join one of our clients’ teams, ensuring post‑sales support for Top Corporate and Wholesale customers, with a strong technical focus and a high level of autonomy.
Main Responsibilities

Technical support for enterprise networks, ensuring the resolution of incident tickets and configuration requests.

Handling and follow‑up of all tickets escalated by the 1st line support team.

Remote technical support to field technicians, with a focus on fault diagnosis and resolution.

Monitoring and maintenance of the team’s shared email mailbox.
