Role overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who combines a business perspective with a thorough understanding of HR and payroll processes. The candidate should be able to professionally conduct demanding conversations with employees and managers.
Key responsibilities:

Partner with managers in the areas of employee management, team efficiency, and development.

Provide advice on labor law, HR practices, and policies and standards at Inetum.

Conduct difficult and sensitive conversations with employees and management (feedback, performance issues, conflicts, personnel decisions).

Participate in HR projects at both local and group levels (reorganizations, process optimization, organizational changes).

Support HR and payroll processes (in collaboration with the HR team and external company).

Utilize SAP SuccessFactors for data analysis, report preparation, HR process support, and change administration.

Ensure HR actions align with Inetum's values and promote a positive employee experience.
