We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizational transformation initiatives. This professional will play a central role in developing change projects, promoting adoption, capability-building, and engagement among all stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic activities and organizational impact analyses.

Develop and implement Change Management plans aligned with the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement).

Create and execute communication, training, and stakeholder management plans.

Monitor adoption and readiness indicators, proposing corrective actions whenever necessary.

Lead awareness sessions, workshops, and capability鈥慴uilding activities for different teams.

Work closely with functional and technical teams.

Support the definition of user profiles, journey mapping, and training needs.

Develop process-oriented training materials and facilitate hands-on sessions for key and end users.

Support the post鈥揼o-live Hypercare strategy, ensuring stabilization and reinforcement of the change.

Map critical stakeholders and develop engagement strategies.
-
Create communication content (newsletters, campaigns, FAQs, quick guides, short videos, etc.).

Ensure continuous alignment between the project team, sponsors, and impacted areas.
