Key Responsibilities

Monitor the quality and performance of automated production flows

Supervise end-to-end transaction flows across systems and business units

Manage and coordinate production incidents, ensuring rapid diagnosis,聽 stakeholder communication, and timely service restoration

Provide Level 1 support for Cash Management Middle Office activities

Oversee and track sensitive or high-priority client payment flows

Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve system resilience, and reduce recurring incidents
