What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in ensuring consistent project coordination, reliable reporting, and continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

Support the operational day‑to‑day management (planning, monitoring, reporting)

Act as a key point of contact for the TAGETIK scope by:

Providing timely support to users and addressing their application needs

Organizing and delivering user training

Tracking IT and administrative incidents and ensuring proper follow‑up

Managing enhancements and maintenance of reporting tools

Identifying opportunities to boost efficiency and optimize processes

Ensuring quality standards across administration and functional evolution of information systems, in partnership with Finance and Risk teams

Contributing expertise to projects (analysis, acceptance, training, etc.)

Anticipating project impacts on reporting processes and tools

Building strong knowledge of users and reporting workflows
