The mission consists in providing Business Analyst services to support the Product Owner.
The service provider will contribute to the scope through several activities, such as (but no limited to):

Coordinate and contribute to BAU activities, including continuous improvements, release analyses, impact assessments, in partnership with the BAU Lead.

Take ownership of selected L3 (complex) tickets when required.

Manage small projects, Non鈥慡tandard Requests, and feature analyses.

Collaborate closely with the Product Owner throughout the product life cycle.

Support the Product Owner and the BAU Lead in the implementation of a new governance model with entities and client stakeholders.

Contribute to and/or lead several CSOD鈥憆elated improvement initiatives.

Identify recurring training needs for entity local administrators and deliver training or refresher sessions accordingly.
