Inetum Managed Services Operations provides 24/7 support to multiple European customers. As an Azure & Windows Admin L3, you will act as a senior technical reference, ensuring service continuity, handling complex incidents, and supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with Level 1 and Level 2 teams, helping guide and coach them, while also taking ownership of advanced issues and infrastructure challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 3rd-level support for Windows Server and Azure infrastructures.

Take full ownership of incidents and ensure resolution with high customer satisfaction.

Lead problem-solving activities and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Create, validate, and improve documentation and procedures for L1/L2 teams.

Participate in 24/7 on鈥慶all rotation.

Support implementation of new solutions, changes, and automation initiatives.

Act as a mentor and technical reference for junior colleagues.
