Application Support (Linux & OpenShift)
We are looking for an **Application Support **to join an application support team working on critical systems and platforms.
Main Responsibilities

Maintain, administer and troubleshoot tools used in the application deployment process

Ensure fast, automatic and reliable deployments in pre-production, production, experimental and disaster recovery environments

Solve issues related to application servers and deployments
-
Implement and maintain deployment automation processes

Manage and administer Java application platforms (WebLogic, GlassFish, SOA/BPM, OSB, BAM, OIM, UCM)
-
Work with large environments (200+ servers) across production and non-production
-
Manage incidents, problems and service requests
-
Ensure service availability and compliance with SLAs
-
Participate in ongoing projects

Perform monitoring, performance analysis and reporting
-
Prepare and update technical documentation and procedures
-
Knowledge transfer to public-sector teams

Participate in control and operations center activities
