The Health & Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Company’s Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) framework across all locations. The role ensures compliance with applicable regulations, promotes a strong safety culture, and supports risk-based decision-making aligned with Corporate Security and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Strong understanding of OHS principles and risk assessment methodologies

Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO 45001)

Knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and first aid frameworks

Ability to interpret and apply local H&S regulations across different countries

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a structured manner

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Proficiency in tracking, reporting, data management platforms
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Mandatory to have Occupational Health and Safety Certificate and 135+ hours of training in total, in the field of H&S.
