The Position
Are you the New Business rockstar we are looking for? Join our team in Madrid and help us strengthen our presence in the Spanish market by bringing in new clients who want to revolutionize their media projects and strategies with our solutions!
We are looking for an experienced Sales Commercial M****anager - Media whose primary mission will be to attract and acquire new clients for our Media business unit. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth in Spain, identifying companies that need to optimize their media strategies and showing them how Incubeta’s solutions can transform their business.
Role and Responsibilities

Proactively identify new business opportunities within the digital media and marketing landscape.

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and potential client needs to pinpoint areas for growth in our Media division.

Network and build relationships with key industry players to generate leads and stay informed about emerging media opportunities.

Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding the client's business goals and media challenges to provide tailored digital solutions.

Maintain client engagement and satisfaction during the initial onboarding and strategic phases.

Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight our media capabilities and address specific client needs.

Negotiate contracts and pricing structures.

Accurately forecast the sales pipeline and manage sales activity to achieve targeted outcomes.

Track and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Work closely with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, consultants, and media strategists, to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.

Participate in internal meetings and brainstorms to contribute ideas and align sales efforts with overall agency goals.

Your profile

Minimum 5+ years of proven track record in Business Development, Sales, or New Business roles specifically within a Digital Media Agency, AdTech provider, or Media Publisher.

Proven expertise in selling online acquisition channels: paid search (SEM), paid social, programmatic buying, display ads, video, and retail media.

Fluent in Spanish and excellent knowledge of business English (Portuguese & Italian are a plus).

Sound understanding of the Southern European and specific Spanish online advertising industry—knowledge of the major tech providers (Google Marketing Platform, Meta, Amazon, etc.), brand landscape, and media buying processes.

Strong in strategic analysis, competitive auditing, and profound advisory-selling skills.

Proven track record of successfully hitting and exceeding individual sales/revenue targets.

Strong understanding of how media integrates with all digital marketing channels, ad technologies (AdServers, DSPs), and data analytics.

Advanced project management skills applied to managing complex, multi-stakeholder RFPs and pitches.
