You will聽operate聽autonomously across multiple teams and domains, connecting strategy to execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery translates into measurable outcomes.聽
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with high ownership and visibility.聽

**What聽you聽will聽do聽**

Own and deliver complex, multi鈥憈eam technology programs from planning through launch聽

Build end鈥憈o鈥慹nd program plans: goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths聽

Manage cross鈥憈eam dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively聽

Translate business and technical goals into clear scope and measurable outcomes聽

Define and track program KPIs, ensuring delivery drives business value聽

Lead RAID reviews, readiness checks, and rollout reviews聽

Coordinate聽non鈥慺unctional requirements (SLA/SLO, security, operability)聽

Systematize AI usage in program execution (scenario generation, readiness testing, metrics validation, reporting)聽

Drive governance mechanisms such as steering committees and decision reviews聽

Communicate clearly with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership聽

Mentor Associate TPMs and contribute to team standards and playbooks
