As Team Lead Mechanical Design, you will lead and coordinate internal and external design engineers, driving mechanical product development from concept through series production. You will ensure technical excellence, cross-functional alignment, and efficient execution while fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the design organization.

Provide technical leadership for mechanical designs from concept to series production, including review and approval of drawings and specifications

Lead and prioritize work for internal design engineers and coordinate external design partners

Plan and execute design activities in line with project scope, timelines, and budgets

Act as a key interface to production, procurement, suppliers, quality, integration, electronics, and service teams

Ensure design quality, compliance with review and validation processes, and readiness for manufacturing

Mentor and coach engineers, promote best practices, standardization, and lessons learned
