In this role, you take ownership of end-to-end recruiting for key positions across IMS, with a strong focus on attracting talent in highly competitive, technical environments. You act as a true partner to hiring managers, shaping hiring decisions and ensuring the right people join at the right time. At the same time, you help us continuously improve how we hire—making our processes more effective, scalable, and candidate-centric.
This role is located in our Viennese Office, but requires also one office day in our headquarter in Brunn am Gebirge.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake to offer acceptance

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring clarity on role requirements and hiring decisions

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets

Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints

Drive structured and objective interview and assessment processes

Collaborate closely with People Business Partners and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning

Represent IMS at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences to build strong talent pipelines

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and standards
