**Key Responsibilities聽**

You聽are responsible聽for聽designing聽and聽implementing聽comprehensive people development strategies aligned with聽global聽business goals聽

You聽identify聽skill gaps together with relevant stakeholders and聽define,聽execute聽and聽facilitate聽targeted聽training sessions and workshops聽聽

You聽know how聽to set聽up聽and聽enable projects like聽role-based learning paths,聽upskilling/reskilling initiatives,聽talent聽programs聽etc.聽聽

You evaluate effectiveness of development programs using KPIs and feedback, and continuously improve offerings聽

You act as an ambassador聽and聽trusted advisor to聽the People & Culture Team and聽People Leaders聽that shape IMSs learning culture
