As an Optics Design Engineer, you will contribute to the theoretical and simulation backbone of our electron-optical systems and help enable the highest writing performance of our MBMW technology. Working closely with interdisciplinary experts, you will analyze complex physical effects, optimize electron-optical components and turn scientific understanding into real technological impact.

Design, simulate and optimize electron-optical components in different simulation environments

Analyze parasitic effects and develop sustainable mitigation strategies

Drive continuous improvement initiatives from a technical perspective

Contribute to the theoretical understanding of highly sophisticated optical systems

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across Engineering, System Validation, Application & Testing and Mechanical Design
