JOB DESCRIPTION
IGTP is seeking to recruit an administrative specialist technician to support billing operations within the Clinical Research units of Medical Oncology and Clinical Haematology, in close collaboration with the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end responsibility for clinical trial billing processes, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with contractual agreements.
- Administrative recording, monitoring, and validation of clinical activity (visits and procedures), ensuring correct financial allocation and consistency with billing.
- Strategic management, reconciliation, and monitoring of billing workflows, including issue resolution and process optimization.
- Primary point of contact with Sponsors and CROs, leading communication, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring high-quality relationships with stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE
- Hold a CFGS degree in Administration or similar.
- Complementary training in clinical trials (e.g. CTA) and health care.
- Proof of previous 3 years experience in document management and accounting.
- Good level of English and computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in an organized manner.
- Good communication skills
